The recommended step before applying the "Tattoo Alive" Oil Intensifier is the step of cleaning the skin with the "Tattoo Alive" Cleanser.

Directions for Use: Shake well. Apply small amount of Tattoo Alive (Cleanser) to body sponge or hands and work into a lather. Wash tattooed area without scrubbing. Rinse well and then apply Tattoo Alive(Oil Intensifier) to bring your Tattoo to life.... Naturally.
